You are no doubt familiar with Bridges Financial Planning, SERVICE ONE's trusted financial planning partner.

AET provides a comprehensive range of services incorporating advice in the areas of Wills, trustee services and powers of attorney.

In conjunction with AET, Bridges are now pleased to be able to offer you a complete solution to the management, preservation and transfer of their wealth.

Is it legal?

Yes. Once completed and executed, this is a legally binding Will.

Is it safe to complete over the Internet?

AET and Bridges consider the security of information to be of paramount importance. Our security measures are designed to protect your personal information. When Members pay for their Will, our secure server uses a 'THAWTE' SSL (secure sockets layer) certificate to encrypt all the information sent from their PC. From our website we also use a secure payment gateway.

What is your username?

Your username is your email address. This will allow Australian Executor Trustees to email you the link to your completed Will once payment has been successfully received. From time to time, we may also email Members special offers and other information relating to their Will. Refer to our Privacy Policy on the Easywill website for more information.

Can a partner/spouse use the same email address?

No, each user must have a unique email address. If you don't have individual email addresses, they can obtain a free email address from a number of websites.

What is the 'Will Assist' service?

Will Assist is an add-on service that provides clients with regular reminders to update their Will, together with secure storage and regular newsletters.

What is a 'Mirror Will'?

You should have the peace of mind of knowing that your partner/spouse has also prepared a Will. Members can select a mirror Will for their partner/spouse - which is basically a duplicate of their Will which can be amended as necessary. The partner/spouse can also edit their Will for up to seven days.

Can non-Members access the Easywill service?

Yes. Non-Members can access the Easywill service through this website link.

Who should Members contact for assistance with Easywill?

Users of the Easywill service should in the first instance use the online help functions. If you require further assistance please contact Australian Executor Trustees on 1800 145 742 Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm AEST or simply complete the details within the 'Contact Us' section of the Easywill website.
